Hi, my name is Alexandra. I am the office manager at the Astoria Dental Group. I basically manage the office. I am also the insurance and financial coordinator. After Dr. Degel and Dr. Every go over the treatment plans with the patients, they come up to me, I process all their insurance paperwork and I also set up financial payment plans for them. Our staff is very dedicated. We know everybody by name. We are very family oriented. When a patient first walks into the office, they are greeted at the front desk by the receptionist, whether it be Arianna or Venice, and then they are taken back to the operatories by the assistants and seated and prepared for Dr. Degel and Dr. Every to see them.
